How do I download my original image?

Downloading a copy of your original uploaded source imagery is simple — open the 360 Details view and click the Image Details button to open the Image Details Panel:

Now click the "Download Original" button. This will download a copy of the original file that was uploaded to Momento360 down to your device.

Note: This option is only available if you are the image owner or have been granted permissions by the image owner. If the image is shared but you do not have permissions please contact the image owner and have them change sharing permissions.
