Uploaded file still shows "Processing..." even though it's been a while

If you've uploaded an item and it still shows a grey box with "Processing..." in it, and it's been more than a few minutes, try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't work, try re-uploading the file again; on rare occasions an image can cause some issues with the processing nodes.  

If the same thing happens, please contact support@momento360.com and let us know this has happened, along with basic information about the file (format, size).
