Problem logging in or resetting password
Some users, especially on mobile devices, will often encounter "Wrong email/password" messages when logging in or "Email not found" message when attempting to reset their password.
This is often caused by an accidental uppercase letter in the email address; e.g. typing in "Abcd@email.com" instead of "abcd@email.com" -- this happens because some devices like iOS will auto-capitalize the first letter when typing.
