3. Pro – $20/month (billed annually) or $24/month (billed monthly)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. If you upgrade, you’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, a credit will be applied to your next billing cycle (for monthly plans), or a refund will be issued if you're on an annual plan.
What if I decide to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, which will revert your account to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. For annual plans, you may request an immediate refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Is additional storage available?
Yes, additional storage can be purchased as an add-on for Business accounts. Contact billing@momento360.com for more details.
Our organization requires payment via invoice and PO. How do we do that?
Annual invoicing is available for annual Pro and Business subscriptions. Please email billing@momento360.com to set it up.

How to Upgrade or Manage Your Subscription
- Log into your Momento360 account.
- Navigate to Account > Subscription Settings.
- Choose your desired plan and follow the steps to complete your upgrade or downgrade.
- If you need to change billing details, add storage, or request annual invoicing, contact billing@momento360.com.
