Playing video only plays sound with a black screen

Some users report hearing sound but only seeing a black screen when attempting to play a video file.

If you are using a Samsung Gear360 camera, this is often caused by attempting to view an unstitched file. Try stitching the movie using the Samsung software and re-upload it.
